Winford Benton Michael, 72, of Cutbanks Road, Pamplin, died Friday, June 28, 2019 at his residence. He was the loving husband of Suzanne Obermiller Michael.

Born in Berkley Springs, WV, January 18, 1947, he was a son the late Ellen Jane Lutman and Howard Benton Michael.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by three daughters, Sandra Lee Shiley and husband, Jeff of Columbus, GA, Judith Anne Clemen of Pamplin, and Angie Miller and husband, André of Gainesville; one sister, Sandra Blosser and husband, John of New Market; seven grandchildren, Matthew, Chuckie, Boo, Alexa, Jeremy, Andrea, and Aaron; one great-granddaughter, Aurora; and a sister-in-law, Judith Stephenson and husband, Larry.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Raymond Michael, and Donald Michael.
