William Thomas Parsons

William Thomas Parsons, 57, of Concord, passed away on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at Lynchburg General Hospital. He was the husband of the late Paula Kay Keesee Parsons.

Born on July 12, 1969, in Asheville, NC, he was the son of Thomas James Parsons, Jr. of Concord and the late Priscilla Dawn Ellis Parsons. William was a wonderful Daddy and Papa. He was very devoted to his family and his work.

In addition to his father, he is survived by three children, Daniel Ray Keesee and wife, Chelsey of Concord, Autumn Marie Evans and husband, Matthew of Altavista, and Richard Thomas Parsons and wife, Michelle of Gladys; 11 grandchildren, Kenneth, Kyley, Lucas, Leonidas, Rayleigh, Jordan, Felix, Elianna, Kristian Bryce, William Jax, and Michael Jett; two siblings, Robert “Bobby” W. Parsons and Sharon P. Austin both of Lynchburg; mother-in-law, Edna Stinnette Keesee of Lynchburg; girlfriend, Barbara Clodfelter of Lynchburg; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.

He was preceded in death by a brother, James Albert Parsons.

A memorial service will be held 3pm, Monday, August 3, 2026, at Robinson Funeral Home with Pastor Chad Harris officiating.

The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
