William Michael "Billy" Neas, 70, of Spout Spring, VA died Friday, January 31, 2025.

Born in Bedford, VA, on November 14, 1954, he was a son of the late Herbert Lionel Neas and Arlene Elizabeth Williams Neas. He served in the US Army and retired from WK Heavy Haul. Billy was an avid hunter and fisherman, and a "jack of all trades".

He is survived by his wife, Sharon R. Neas; three children, Bryan Abbott and Robin, Shawn Jennings and Jim, Katie Bradley; grandchildren, Bryan Abbott, Christopher "CJ" Jennings and Hannah, Sarah Moore and Michael, Lucas Allen, Walker Bradley, and Collin Bradley; great grandchild, Colsen Moore; brother, Lonnie Neas; son-in-law, Brandon Bradley; sister-in-law, Ellen Neas; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews including, Jarrod Neas and Jessie.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Jerry Neas and Robert "Bobby" Neas and a sister, Ann Martson.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 9, 2025, from 1 to 3 pm at the Concord Fire Department, 12573 Richmond Hwy, Concord, VA 24538.

His wishes were to be donated for research to the Anatomy Gifts Registry of Maryland.
