Obituary
Virginia Davis Harris, 86, of Appomattox, died Thursday, July 03, 2008 in Lynchburg General Hospital. She was the wife of the late Clarence Wayland Harris.
Born in Appomattox County, January 1, 1922, she was a daughter of the late Henry Harrison and Nora Pugh Davis. She was a member of Pamplin United Methodist Church.
She is survived by a sister, Francis D. Brown of Pamplin and was preceded in death by a brother, Ray Davis and three sisters, Janie Almond, Florence Arthur, and Myrtle Price.
Graveside funeral service will be held 11:00 am, Monday, July 7, 2008 in Pamplin Community Cemetery by the Rev. Robert Green.
The family will receive friends at Robinson Funeral Home on Sunday from 3-5:00 p.m.
