Violet Jane Oliver, 74, of Spanish Oaks Rd., Concord, died Tuesday, March 4, 2008 in UVA Medical Center.
Born in Washington, DC, October 18, 1933, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Frances Combs.
She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Bonnie and Curtis Carnell of Waldorf, MD; four grandchildren, Sgt. Grandstaff Harrison, Brandon, Shantina, and Valerie Hash; four great grandchildren and four sisters. She was preceded in death by a son, Charles Samuel Hash.
The family will receive friends at the residence Sunday, March 9, 2008 from 11:00 am – 4:00 pm.
