Timothy Michael Kress, 42, of Lynchburg died on Sunday, February 19, 2023 at Guggenheimer Health and Rehab Center.

Born on January 14, 1981, in he was the son of Samuel "Sammy" Kress, Jr. and the late Virginia Smith Kress.

In addition to his father, he is survived by a stepmother, Debbie Kress; a stepbrother, Dennis Grishaw and wife, Christina; and a stepsister, Jessica Smith.

A graveside service will be held at 3 pm, Thursday, February 23, 2023, at New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery with Pastor Orville Gregory, Jr. officiating.
