Thomas Keith Lucas, 76, of Orange, CA and Pamplin, VA, died Friday, October 8, 2021, at Southside Community Hospital, Farmville, VA.

Born in Brookfield, Illinois, on April 17, 1945, he was a son of the late Geraldine Pankratz and Milton Lucas. He was the owner and operator of Lucas and Mercier Construction Company.

He is survived by his wife, Kathryn Louise Agnew Lucas; two daughters, Kelly Kathleen Lucas Shippey and husband, Daniel and Jenny Rebecca Lucas Hughes and husband, Bryan all of Orange Park Acres, CA; four grandchildren, Blythe, Sloane, Seth, and Gabriel; six nieces and nephews; and two great nieces.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Scott and Terry Lucas.

A memorial service will be held at a later date at St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
