Thomas Jackson "Tom" Hutchison, 55, of Westview Circle, Lynchburg, died at his residence on Saturday morning April 2, 2011. He was the husband of Patsy Harris Hutchison.

Tom was born in Mechanicsburg, PA, June 11, 1955 a son of James W. Hutchison of Mechanicsburg, PA and the late Elizabeth Ingram Hutchison. He was a member of Friendship Baptist Church and was employed as a Health Care Technician at Central Virginia Training Center and was a veteran having served his country as a member of the United States Navy.

In addition to his wife and father, he is survived by four step-children, Bryan Wallace of Spout Spring; Sheri Willett and her husband Tracy of Huntsville, AL; Heather Burrill and her husband, Brian of Lynchburg; Tiffany Reynolds and her husband, Lee of Mount Carmel, TN; two brothers, James W. Hutchison, Jr. and Jeff Hutchison and his wife, Katherine all of Mechanicsburg, PA , one sister, Madeline Henning and her husband David of Jarrettsville, MD; five grandchildren, Courtney and Jenae Willett, Wesley and Kaitlyn Burrill, and Clay Reynolds.

Tom was preceded in death by his grandmother, Madeline Ingram of Lynchburg.

Funeral Services will be conducted Monday, April 4, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at Robinson Funeral Home by the Rev. Earnie W. Lucas. Burial will follow in Liberty Cemetery.

The family will be receiving friends at the residence.
