Stephen Gary Osterberg, Sr., 60 of Meadow Dr., Appomattox, died Tuesday night March 25, 2014 at Virginia Baptist Hospital. He was the husband of Susan Osterberg.

Stephen was born in New Jersey, a son of the late Gloria Snyder Osterberg and was employed by Electronic Design and Manufacturing of Lynchburg.

In addition to his wife Susan, he is survived by his two sons, Stephen E. Osterberg of Appomattox and Matthew J. Osterberg of Holly Springs, NC; two daughters, Caitlin R. Osterberg and Emily J. Osterberg both of Appomattox; a brother-in-law, Tom; two sisters-in-law, Linda and Claire; many nieces and nephews, the three "J's", Jes, Jason and Jonathan and his dog, Daisy.

A funeral service will be held 2:00 P.M. Sunday March 30, 2014 at Robinson Funeral Home officiated by the Rev. Russell Cheatham. The family will receive friends from 5-7:00 P.M. Saturday March 29, 2014 at the funeral home.
