Stefanie Dawn Martin McFadden, 48, of Rock Spring Road, Appomattox, passed away Friday, September 23, 2016 at MCV Hospital.

Born in Lynchburg, February 24, 1968, she was the daughter of Nellie Harris Martin and the late Eugene Witt Martin. Stefanie was a member of Church of God of Prophecy and Owner of Carriage Town Kennels. She was a 1985 honor graduate of Appomattox County High School.

In addition to her mother she is survived by four children, Matthew Witt McFadden of Appomattox, Stephen Everett McFadden, Jared Scott McFadden, both of Lynchburg and Angel Dawn McFadden of Appomattox; three grandchildren, Chase Scott McFadden, Ryder Scott McFadden and Azalea Ermani McFadden; numerous aunts and uncles; and the father of her children, Thomas McFadden.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Anna Louise Ferguson Harris and Tandy Douglas Harris; paternal grandparents, Shirley Harvey Martin and Fred H. Martin, Sr.; paternal great-grandparents, Elvira Wooldridge and Hunter Freeman Martin and Lockie Belle Maxwell Martin

A Funeral Service will be held 2 p.m., Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at Robinson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Evergreen cemetery.

The family will receive friends Monday, September 26, 2016 from 7 until 8:30p.m., at Robinson Funeral Home and other times at the residence.
