Shirley Coleman O'Brien, 90, of Gladstone passed away on Saturday, January 11, 2025, at her home.  She was the wife of the late Aubrey Watts O'Brien.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters.

Born in Gladstone on November 16, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Spurgeon James Coleman and Mary Inge Coleman.  She was a member of St. James Methodist Church.

She is survived by two children, Kathy Walsh and husband, Jerry of Midlothian, and Mike O'Brien and wife, Teresa of Gladstone; five grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held 2 pm, Wednesday, January 15, 2025, at Robinson Funeral Home with Freddie Wells officiating.  A private burial will be held at Liberty Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends following the funeral service at Robinson Funeral Home.
