Sherry Lynn Sloan, 53, of Pamplin, died Saturday, December 29, 2018 at her residence.

Born in Lynchburg, December 15, 1965, she was a daughter of the late Brenda Johnson and Jimmy Wayne Sloan.

She is survived by three sisters, Michelle Alana and Linda; three brothers, Ray, Chris and Jon; she was granny to Robyn, Trey, Hayden, Parker, Noah and Josie; her "Guardian Angel Momma" Barbara Lee of Pamplin; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins who dearly loved her. Sherry had an impact on all who met her.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Denise Michelle Sloan.

A funeral service will be held 1:30 pm., Wednesday, January 2, 2018 at Robinson Funeral Home, with burial to follow at 3 p.m., in Fort Hill Memorial Park with Rev. Sidney Wade officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Robinson Funeral Home.
