Sarah Braford, 74, of Lynchburg, died Saturday, May 22, 2021.

Born in Lynchburg, November 5, 1946, she was a daughter of the late Maude Burnett and Hugh Stark Braford.

She is survived by one son, Jason Holder and wife, Iva; one grandson, Ian Holder; one sister, Clara B. Staten and husband Lynd; one brother, James H. Braford and wife, Dianne; four nieces and nephews; and seven great-nieces and great-nephews.

She was preceded in death by her brother, John Stark Braford.
