Roberta Faye Hendricks, 62, of Hurt, died Thursday, January 17, 2019 at Lynchburg General Hospital.

Born in Campbell County, June 29, 1956, she was a daughter of the late Shirley T. Adkins and Robert L. Hendricks.

She is survived by one son, Gary Ranson Fleshman, Jr., and husband, Zacharey, of Appomattox; one brother, Steve Hendricks and wife, Laura of Evington; one sister-in-law, Niki Hendricks of Hurt; one grandson, Chase Lee Shelton; her loving cousin, Sharon Hendricks; numerous nieces and nephews; Close friends, Connie Elliott, Faye Bryant, Lynda Clearman, Susan Culpepper, and Karen Cox; her other "son", Max; and feline friend, Sweetie.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Ricki Hendricks.

A memorial service will be held 6 p.m., Monday, January 21, 2019, at the Evergreen Ruritan Club.
