Obituary
Richard Allen Blazer, 57, lived in Madison Heights, Va. and was originally from Appomattox, Va., died Monday, May 23, 2016, at his residence.
Born in Lynchburg, Va., on May 2, 1959, he was the oldest son of the late Margaret Ann Wooldridge and Troy Hancel Blazer. Richard was a supervisor for Wilbros Group and served his country in the US Marine Corps.
He is survived by his daughter, Kelsi Denise Kennedy of Radford; two brothers, Michael Troy Blazer and Thomas Wade Blazer; a sister, Donna Blazer; and numerous cousins including, J. D. Martin and wife, Linda and son, Michael of Concord and Ronnie Moore and Susan Hargis of Madison Heights.
A memorial service will be held 10 a.m., Friday, May 27, 2016, at Robinson Funeral Home by Rev. Gene Beverly.
