Obituary

Norman Travis McKenzie, 70, of Rustburg, formally of Arizona City, AZ, died Monday, February 7, 2022, at his residence.  He was the loving husband of Lori Brasch McKenzie for 43 years.

Born in Little Rock, Arkansas, July 9, 1951, he was a son of the late Opal Fiend and William Levi McKenzie.  Norman retired after 30 years of service with R.R. Donnelley and was owner of Mack and Sons Refrigeration. He was an active member in Old Dominion Blacksmith Association.  Norman served his country in the United States Coast Guard.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by three children, Travis McKenzie and wife, Christina, Mandie Butler and husband, Richard and Mike McKenzie and wife, Nichole; five grandchildren, Haley McKenzie, Andrew McKenzie, Levi Butler, Aynslie McKenzie and Avery McKenzie; one sister, Lana Williams; and several nieces.

He was preceded in death by four siblings.

The family will receive friends from 6 until 8p.m., Thursday, February 10, 2022, at Robinson Funeral Home.
