Nellie Frances Guill Mayberry, 68, of Eldon Rd., Appomattox, died Thursday, May 29, 2008 at her residence.
Born in Appomattox County, August 16, 1939, she was a daughter of the late Willie Elmo Guill and Mary Frances Coleman Guill. Nellie was employed for over 20 years by the Central Virginia Training Center and she was also employed by Pine View Nursing Home.
She is survived by three children, Beverly Michael Wright of Champlain, William Todd Mayberry of Appomattox, and Mary Magdalene Mayberry of Lynchburg; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Virginia and Sam Doss, and Jacquetta and Warren Mayberry; a brother, James W. Guill all of Appomattox; and two grandchildren, Beverly Michael Wright, Jr. and Mary Frances Mayberry.
She was preceded in death by a son, Charles Curtis Mayberry and two brothers, Floyd Elmo Guill and Beverly Witt Guill.
The family will receive friends at Robinson Funeral Home on Sunday, June 1, from 2-4:00 p.m. and at other times at the residence.
