Obituary
Grace Gaynell Farrar Pulliam, 70, of Eldon Road, Appomattox, died Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at Lynchburg General Hospital.
She was born in Appomattox County, November 27, 1942 a daughter of the late Louise Austin and George William Farrar. Nell was a member of Evergreen United Methodist Church, a veteran having served her country as a member of the United States Army, and was a retired secretary for Dodson Brothers Exterminating Co., Inc.
She is survived by two daughters; Lynn Talkington and husband, Robert of Amarillo, TX and Lisa Woodby of Roanoke; a sister, Patsy Farrar of Lynchburg; five grandchildren, Josh Hamilton, Christopher Finlay, Megan Finlay, Brandon Woodby and Jake Talkington; one niece, Traci Baer of Charleston, SC and a host of special friends.
She was preceded in death by a daughter Donna Finlay.
A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 pm, Saturday, June 1, 2013 at Robinson Funeral Home, officiated by the Rev. Herndon Jeffreys.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour before the service beginning at 1:00 pm.
