Nancy Ferguson Woods, 77, of Pumping Station Road, died Friday, November 27, 2020 at her residence.  She was the loving wife of the late Jack Thomas Woods.

Born in Appomattox, December 3, 1942, she was a daughter of the late Mary Doss and Joel Bernard Ferguson.  Nancy was a member of Appomattox Baptist Temple.  She retired from Revco/CVS.

She is survived by three sons, Jerry Woods and wife, Pam, Troy Woods and wife, Tina and Marty Woods all of Appomattox; one sister, Ruby Lupshu of Lawrenceville; six grandchildren, Shane Woods, Shannah Woods, Kari Reynolds and husband, Stephen, Megan Bowden and husband, Brian, Ashley Woods, and Amanda McCormick and husband, Todd; seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by three brothers, Pete Ferguson, Alfred Ferguson and Raymond Ferguson; four sisters, Dorothy Rosser, Mary Ferguson, Betty Edmonds and Phyllis Angel.

A memorial service will be held 2 p.m., Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at Appomattox Baptist Temple with Rev. Allen Gregory officiating.
