Obituary
NaDean Branham Jones, 93 of Country Club Road, Appomattox, died Tuesday, January 1, 2013 in Appomattox Health and Rehab Center. She was the wife of the late Barney Dorst Jones.
Born in Hartford, Arkansas, on December 10, 1919, she was a daughter of the late Luke Corda Branham and Susie Mae Tedford Branham. She was a member of Crosspointe Wesleyan Church in Lynchburg and a homemaker. NaDean was always active in churches during her life serving as a Sunday school teacher and in many mission efforts.
She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Brenda J. and Nathan Putney of Appomattox; two sons and daughters-in-law, Billy D. and Alice Jones of Houston, TX and Rev. Charles R. and Sharon Jones of Charlottesville; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by nine siblings.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at Robinson Funeral Home by the Rev. John Williamson.
