Myrtis Trent Harding

Myrtis Christine Trent Harding, 80, of 153 Chestnut Drive, Appomattox, died Sunday morning October 29, 2006, in Lynchburg General Hospital. She was the wife of the late Robert Lee "Bud" Harding, Sr.
Born May 23, 1926; Myrtis was a daughter of the late Charles Faulkner and Rosa Milo Eller Trent. She was a homemaker and a member of Hebron Baptist Church.
Myrtis is survived by a son, Robert L. Harding, and his wife, Cynthia Lewis, of Forest; a daughter, Jane Harding Carter, and her husband, Ron, of Appomattox; a great niece, Brandy D. Meador, and her husband Nick, of Concord; three brothers, Lee Trent, and his wife Nancy, of Madison Heights; Clayton Trent, and his wife, Shelby Jean; Charles Trent, and his wife, Agnes, all of Lynchburg; five sisters, Kathleen Tweedy, and her husband, Rex, of Madison Heights; Glenola Trent, and her husband, Hurley, of Lynchburg; Rosa Tweedy; Helen Johnson; both of Madison Heights; Jean Childress, and her husband, Pete, of Gladys; four grandchildren, Brooke Christine Harding, Raven Carter, Trey Harding, Malory Ellen Harding; and a great great nephew, Gage Meador.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Wednesday, November 1, 2006, in Hebron Baptist Church, with the Rev. Jerry Childress and the Rev. Tom Walker officiating.
The family will receive friends form 7:00 until 8:30 PM, Monday, at Robinson Funeral Home, and other times at the home of Jane and Ron Carter, 153 Chestnut Drive.
