Michelle S. Richardson, 56, of Oakville, passed away Wednesday, May 11, 2022, at Lynchburg General Hospital.

She was the daughter of the Ellen Doss Stowe of Oakville and the late James "Jim" Seay.

Michelle was preceded in death by her sister Sheila Seay.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by a sister, Rhonda Carrico and husband, Lonnie of Madison Heights; a brother, James "Randy" Seay and wife, Sandra of Rustburg; numerous nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews; and a special friend dear to her heart, Charles Williamson.
