Obituary
Mary Ella "Polly" Smith McCauley Reintzel, 82, of Gladstone, departed this life on Friday, June 10, 2016.
She was preceded in death by many loved ones including parents, Carrie Fitzgerald McCauley and Johnnie Henry Smith of Nelson County; husband, William "Willie" McCauley; second husband, Cliff Reintzel; sister, Carrie "Lou" Crickenberger; daughters, Rita Wood and Becky Spencer.
She is survived by many loved ones including three brothers and their families, John Smith of Richmond, William "Bill: Smith of Bybee, Thomas "Tommy/Pete" Thompson of Charlottesville; four sons and their families, Marvin McCauley, William McCauley, Charles McCauley, and Gregory McCauley; her son-in-law, Clark Spencer. She is also survived by many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Private viewing for immediate family will be held Sunday, June 12, 2016, at Robinson Funeral Home in Appomattox. A graveside funeral service will be held 1 p.m., Monday, June 13, 2016 in the McCauley-Shaver Cemetery, Ivy, Va.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Robinson Funeral Home, PO Box 6, Appomattox, VA.
