Mary Horsley McFadden, 87, of Gladstone, died Tuesday, March 27, 2018, at Fairmont Crossing. She was the wife of the late William Marshall McFadden.

Born in Gladstone, Va., on May 30, 1930, she was a daughter of the late Margaret Louise McFadden and Verner Clyde Horsley. She was a member of Gladstone Memorial Baptist and retired from Appomattox Garment Co.

She is survived by a sister, Nancy H. Robertson and her husband, Randall Scott of Gladstone and nieces, Joyce Fortune, Janice Stephens, Judy Hughes, and Christina Graves.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Clay Johnson Horsley and George Abbitt Horsley.

A graveside funeral service will be held at New Hope Baptist Church at 10 a.m., Wednesday, March 28, 2018, by the Rev. Buddy Bryant.
