Obituary
Mary Kassick Leffers, 93, a resident of The Williams Home in Lynchburg, died Friday, April 10, 2009 at her daughter's residence. She was the wife of the late Robert Vincent Leffers.
Born in Colver, PA, on May 21, 1915, she was the daughter of the late Nicholas Kassick and Katherine Kassick. Mary was a member of Memorial United Methodist Church and a member of Order of the Eastern Star Chapter #10.
Mary is survived by two sons, Robert V. (Buddy) Leffers and wife, Ruth of Charlottesville, and Gerald G. Leffers and wife, Jo Anne of Garnet Valley, PA; a daughter, Delores (Bobbie) Coleman of Lynchburg; one sister Anna K. Young of Fairview, PA; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a step-daughter, Mabel Leffers Allsbrook and her husband, Robert Allsbrook; daughter-in-law, Erma Leffers, son-in-law, Kenneth Coleman, Sr., and one grandson.
A memorial services will be held at 11 am, Saturday, April 18, 2009, at Memorial United Methodist Church with the Rev. Joe Lotts officiating. Burial will take place at Fort Hill Memorial Park at 2:00 p.m.

• At stop light (McDonalds) -turn LEFT on to 460 Business West/Confederate Blvd.
• Merge onto 460 W via the ramp on the LEFT toward Lynchburg
• You will travel about 19 miles before taking right exit on to CANDLERS MOUNTIAN ROAD/501 N.
• At the 4th stop light turn RIGHT onto WARDS ROAD
• WARDS ROAD becomes FORT AVE
• Cemetery will be on your right
From Fort Hill to Home of Bobbie Coleman, 1043 Moreview Place
• Turn LEFT out of cemetery onto FORT AVE (Road will fork almost immediately you need to stay to the right on FORT AVE)
• Travel about 2 miles and turn LEFT onto LEESVILLE RD.
• Travel about 2 miles turn RIGHT onto MOREVIEW DR.
