Lula Hall Almond
Lula Hall Almond, 88, of Appomattox, died Saturday August 23, 2008, in Lynchburg Health and Rehabilitation Center following a lengthy illness.
Mrs. Almond is survived by her daughter, Helen Almond Bradley of Blackstone; her son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Joyce Almond of Appomattox; one sister, Virginia Carter; and one sister-in-law, Louise Hall, both of Appomattox; four grandsons, five great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at Robinson funeral Home in Appomattox from 7:00 to 8:30 pm on Tuesday, August 26, 2008.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1:00 pm, Wednesday, August 27, 2008 in Liberty Cemetery officiated by the Rev. Rusty Small.
