Louise Spencer Sensabaugh

Louise Spencer Sensabaugh, 80, of Rustburg, VA passed away on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at Lynchburg General Hospital. She was the wife of James Sensabaugh.

Born on November 12, 1945, in Buckingham County, she was the daughter of the late John W. Spencer and Myrtle Gunter Spencer. She was a longtime member of Eastbrook Baptist Church. Louise loved her family and was always friendly to everyone. She never met a stranger.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Leigh Ann Jennings; stepsons, Mark Sensabaugh and wife, Deidra, and Samuel Sensabaugh and wife, Jessica; stepdaughter, Leslie Arnold and husband, Kevin; three grandchildren, Dustin Armold and wife, Sarah and their son, Garrett, Casey Arnold, and Savannah Arnold; sister, Daisey Saunders; brother, Jimmy Spencer and wife, Linda; best friend, Mary Jane Beasley; and special friends, Cathy East and Ellen Neas.

She was preceded in death by her siblings, Lois Cacey, Edna Reynolds, Wilber Spencer, J.T. Spencer, Junior Spencer, Charlie Spencer, and Doug Spencer.

A memorial service will be held 11am, Saturday, October 10, 2026, at Eastbrook Baptist Church with Pastor Jerry Mays officiating.
