Obituary

Virginia Louise Stinson Hall, 92, of Appomattox, died Saturday, August 28, 2010. She was the wife of Charles William Hall.

Born in Buckingham County, on August 11, 1918, she was a daughter of John Benjamin and Virgie Bryant Stinson. She was a lifetime member of Red Oak Baptist Church and retired seamstress with Courtland Manufacturing.

She is survived by a daughter, Ruby Hall Page of Appomattox; a foster daughter, Linda Glass and husband, Preston of Altavista; foster niece, Mary Zimmerman of Waynesboro; sister-in-law, Beatrice Hall of Chesapeake; four grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; nine great-great children.

She was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Thomas Lewis Page.

Funeral service 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 1, 2010 at Robinson Funeral Home by the Rev. Tom Barker with burial following in the Red Oak Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Robinson Funeral Home Tuesday from 7-8:30 p.m.
