Louis Saul Polster, 79, of Lynchburg passed away on Thursday, August 25, 2022, at Bedford Hospice House.

Born in Chicago, IL, on June 17, 1943, he was the son of the late David Polster and Zelda Baygood Polster. Louis was an inventor with 29 patents all related to time and temperature control for the Fast-Food Industry.

He is survived by two daughters, Noel Henderson and husband, Nathan of Appomattox, and Heather Hunter and husband, Mark of Kansas City, KS; five grandchildren, Tara Hooper, Dakota Henderson, Tucker Henderson, Delaney Henderson, and Maddy Hunter; two great-grandchildren, Brantley and Brooklyn Henderson; and one brother, Phillip Polster and wife, Linda of Porterville, CA.
