Lorraine Ann Johnson, 83, resided in Niverville, NY for 60 years and spent her last days with her daughter and son-in-law in Appomattox. She went to be with her Lord and Savior surrounded by her family, on Saturday, October 17, 2015. She was the wife of the late Robert Johnson Sr. to whom she was happily married for 11 years.
Born in Chazy, NY, on January 14, 1932 she was a daughter of the late Delia Blaney and Raymond Brown.
Lorraine leaves behind her five daughters to cherish her memory; Pearl Hoschke of Schenectady, NY, Patti Hastings and husband, Warren (Butch) of Appomattox, Penny Barlow and husband, Keith of Niverville, NY, Peggy George and husband, Vince of Stuyvesant, NY, Priscilla Shaw and husband, John of Niverville, NY; a step-son Robert Johnson, Jr. and wife Margot of Williamsburg, VA;one brother, Armond (Buck) Brown and wife, Margaret of Greenfield Center, NY; 20 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren; and her special dog, Luey.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Lucille Kellas, her brother, Lloyd Brown; and her first husband and father of her five children, Edwin Herbert Hoschke.
