Lorine Stinson Bryant, 86, of Spears Mountain Rd., passed away Friday morning, April 30, 2010 at her residence. She was the wife of the late Raymond Matthew Bryant.

Born June 20, 1923, in Buckingham Co. she was a daughter of the late George William Stinson and Sarah Elizabeth Viar Stinson. She was a homemaker and a member of Goshen Baptist Church.

She is survived by five sons and their wives, William "Pete" and Betty Bryant, Appomattox, Buck and Lina Bryant, Dillwyn, Buddy and Alice Bryant, Gladstone, Rev. Don and Paula Bryant, South Boston, and Michael and Wanda Bryant, Shipman; three daughters and their husbands, Jean and Dennis McCormick, Sr., Gladstone, Evelyn and Hal Savage, Wingina, and Linda and Freddie Kraatz, Gladstone; Twenty grandchildren, Twenty five Great-grandchildren and Seven Great-great grandchildren.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death a daughter, Ellen Dian Bryant, four sisters and one brother.

Funeral services will be held 3:00 PM Sunday, May 2, 2010 in Robinson Funeral Home by Rev. Don Bryant, Minister Buck Bryant and Minister Buddy Bryant, with burial to follow in the Bryant Family Cemetery.

The family will receive friends today (Saturday) at the funeral home from 7:00 to 8:30 pm and other times at her residence.
