Lloyd Thomas Ferguson, Sr.

Gladstone: Lloyd Thomas "Tracy" Ferguson, Sr., 69, of 10766 Oakville Road, died Friday June 8, 2007, at UVA Medical Center. He was the husband of Clara Phelps "Dot" Ferguson.
Born in Appomattox Co. July 7, 1937, He was a son of the late Elisha Thomas and Hattie Bryant Ferguson. Tracy was a member of Maple Grove Baptist Church, had worked at Appomattox Garment Factory, and was retired from Archer Creek Foundry.
In addition to his wife, Tracy is survived by three sons, Lloyd T. Ferguson, Jr., and his wife, Susan, of Middleburg, Va.; Bucky Totty, and his wife Connie, of Appomattox; Mark Ferguson, and his wife Sherry; of Appomattox; a daughter, Barbara Ann Guthrie, and her husband Ronnie, of Brookneal; two brothers, Bobby Ferguson, and his wife, Macca Lee, and Oral Ferguson, and his wife Christine, both of Appomattox, two sisters, Frances F. Walker, of Lynchburg; Erma F. Page, and her husband Mick, of Appomattox; ten grandchildren, Timmy and Sarah Ferguson, Dusty and Cherie Guthrie, Justin and Bridgett Ferguson, Blake Totty, Bethany, Amy, and Matt Frady, and one great grandson, Justin Guthrie.
He was preceded in death by a son, Robert Lee Ferguson.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Monday, June 11, 2007, in Maple Grove Baptist Church, with the Rev. Tommy Bryant officiating. Burial will follow in the Phelps Family Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 7:00 until 8:30 PM, at Robinson Funeral Home tonight (Sun.), and other times at the residence.
