Linda Scruggs Davenport

Linda Scruggs Davenport, 85, of Buckingham, VA, passed away on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at her home. She was the loving wife of the late Dennis Howard Davenport.

Born in Narrows, VA, on August 30, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Wilbur Archer Scruggs and the late Beatrice Leftwich Scruggs.

She is survived by two children, Lydia Kalata (Steve), and Cynthia Toney (Randy); five grandchildren, Eric Kalata, Adam Kalata, Kelsey Leskanic (Tyler), Kayleigh Toney, and Drew Toney; and one sister, Zanetha Fay Scruggs Trust (Ivan). 

A graveside service will be held at 2 pm, Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery, officiated by Reverend Billy Swan.
