Laura Phelps Hess' Obituary
Laura Phelps Hess, 46, of Mt. Athos Rd., Lynchburg, died on Friday, August 1, 2014, at her residence. She was born on December 29, 1967, a daughter of Dorothy Ford Rissler, and James Humphrey.
In addition to her parents she is survived by her children, Kimberly Phelps and Joshua Phelps; four sisters, Shannon Knarr, Brenda Greer, Vicky Keys, and Judy Brooks; and two brothers, Aaron Humphrey and John Humphrey.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Jared Humphrey.
The family will receive family and friends at Robinson Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 from 6-8:00 p.m.
