Kevin Wayne Tracy

Kevin Wayne Tracy, 72, of Lynchburg, VA, passed away suddenly on Friday, October 16, 2026, at his residence.

Born in Jersey City, NJ, on June 10, 1954, he was the son of the late Mary Elizabeth Britt and Wilbur Henry Tracy. Kevin worked as a heavy equipment operator for many years. He enjoyed the outdoors and was a gun collector.

He is survived by two daughters, Amy Lynn Tracy and Kelly Ann Tracy; four grandchildren, Kevin Tracy, Dylan Tracy, Cole Thompson, and RainaLyn Page; one sister, Janice Desando of Fla; his friend and mother of his children, Laurie Peters; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one nephew, Christopher Desando.

A time of remembrance and sharing will be held from 5 to 7 p.m., October 23, 2026, at Robinson Funeral Home.
