Obituary

Karl Mosby Paulett, 74, of Gladstone, died Thursday, August 16, 2018 at Lynchburg General Hospital.

Born in Ridley Park, Pa., on January 14, 1944, he was a son of the late Dorothy Mason and Henry Alexander "Alec" Paulett. He was preceded in death by his brother, Nathaniel Mason Pawlett.

He is survived by his faithful four-legged friend Jake Paulett; and numerous cousins.

Karl shared his love of history and flair for storytelling with friends and family. Those who knew Karl best will remember him for his passion for motorcycle riding, civil war history and memorabilia.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., on Sunday, August 19, 2018 at Rough Creek Presbyterian Church with the Rt. Rev. Dr. Geoffrey Hubler, PhD. officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
