Judy Lynn Johnson, 69, of Lynchburg, died Saturday, April 22, 2023.

Born in Lynchburg, February 5, 1954, she was a daughter of Edna Mae Goad Johnson and the late Aubrey Floyd "Dick" Johnson. Judy was a member of Thomas Road Baptist Church and a former member of Bible Baptist Church. She was involved in Education by teaching and working as a Librarian in the school system for 31 years. She was a loving daughter, sister and aunt.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by one sister, Kimberly Johnson Ramos of Lynchburg; two nieces Kaitlyn Ramos and Mari Ramos; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A funeral service will be held 2 p.m., Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at Bible Baptist Church with Rev. Jonathan Watson and Pastor Robert E. Lee, Jr., officiating. Burial will follow in Old Herman Cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Bible Baptist Church.
