Judith Taylor Riggleman, 69, of James River Rd., Appomattox, died Friday, October 17, 2014 at her residence. She was the wife of Charles C. Riggleman, Sr. for 41 years.
Born in Mapleton, Maine, on February 2, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Dorothy Tingley and Howard Taylor. She was a member of Maple Grove Baptist Church and a lifetime volunteer member of the Deborah Heart and Lung Center.
In addition to her husband she is survived by a son, Jeffrey Taylor and wife, Dee of Appomattox; and five stepchildren, Charles Riggleman, Jr. of Amherst, Richard Riggleman, Laurie Riggleman, Susan Piepmeyer and husband, Robert, and Jennifer Riggleman all of Lehighton, Pa.; 10 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one brother; two sisters-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one brother and sister-in-law.
A funeral service will be held 2 p.m., Monday, October 20, 2014, at Robinson Funeral Home by Rev. Robert Phillips.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 4 to 6 p.m.
