Obituary
Joseph Michael Thomas, 26, of New Chapel Rd., Rustburg, went to be with our Lord on Monday, January 9, 2017, at Lynchburg General Hospital.
He is survived by his mother, Jo Ann Banton Whittaker of Rustburg; his step-father, Bill Clements; a son, Jayden Lee Thomas and his mother, Amanda Bryant of Lynchburg; brothers and sister, William "Billy" Stanley of Rustburg, Amanda Thomas of Rustburg, and Nick Koon of Richmond; three aunts, Barbara Rosser of Concord, Tricia Woods of Lynchburg, and Brenda Connelly of Amherst; and three nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, January 13, 2017, at Robinson Funeral Home. Family visitation will be held one hour prior to the service and other times at the residence. Burial will be in Cumbie Memorial Cemetery.
