Obituary
Johnny Darrell Johnson, 55, of Double Bridges Road, Appomattox, died Sunday November 16, 2014 at his residence.
Born in Lynchburg, Va., on October 11, 1959, he was a son of Nancy Mayberry Johnson Goin of Spout Spring and the late Clark Gleason Johnson, Sr. He was a member of Friendship Baptist Church.
In addition to his mother he is survived by a brother, Clark Gleason (Butch) Johnson, Jr. of Concord; a sister, Tammy J. Allen; his step-father, Robert H. Goin both of Spout Spring; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 20, in Friendship Baptist Church by the Rev. Troy McGahan.
