John-Ryan Beauregard "Little Weasel" Nantz, 16, of Eldon Road, Appomattox, died Friday May 1, 2015.

John-Ryan was born in Lynchburg, VA, May 1, 1999 a son of Pamela Robertson and Douglas Arthur Nantz. He was a 10th grade student at Appomattox County High School.

In addition to his parents, John- Ryan is survived by his step-brother, Justin Lee Robertson and his son, Abel, of Gladstone; step-sister, Crysta Lynn Farrar of Wichita, KS; great-uncle, Robert E. Nantz and wife, Jan of Richmond, KY; aunt, Kim Louise Proctor and husband, Ted of Gurnee, IL; cousin, David "Running Bear" Proctor and wife, Tina and their children, Xavier and Tori of St. Joseph, MI; great-uncle, Robert Dorn of Bethel, NY; grandmother, Peggy Marie Robertson; uncle, David Wayne Robertson both of Wingina; uncle, Leslie Jerome Robertson and wife, Sherrie; cousins, Libby Robertson and Logan Robertson all of Schuyler; great-uncle, Floyd Lee "Little Man" McCormick of Gladstone; cousins, Brandy Robertson and Melissa Jones of Raleigh, NC and a lifelong friend and brother, William "Billy" Burnett Ford and family, of Appomattox.
