Janet Tweedy Tinnin, 71, of Concord passed away on Sunday, April 7, 2024. She was the wife of the late Thomas "Tommy" David Tinnin, III.

Born on April 24, 1952, in Lynchburg she was the daughter of the late Emmett Filmore Tweedy, Sr. and Elizabeth "Beth" Keesee Tweedy.

She is survived by two sons Kevin Crance and wife Yulita of Rustburg, and Nathan Crance of Concord; six grandchildren, Gloria Lopez and her children, Chelsey Crance and fiancé, Daniel Keesee and their children, Kenneth, Kyley, Lucas, Leonidas, and Rayleigh, Alison Crance, Nathan Crance, Jr., Jacey Crance, and Landon Crance; three siblings, Monica T. Kallop of Waretown, NJ, Cindy T. Merriett and husband, Tony of Appomattox, and Emmett Filmore Tweedy, Jr. of Gladys; and a special friend, Don Callahan.

A graveside service will be held 12 pm, Friday, April 12, 2024, at Fort Hill Memorial Park with Rev. R.G. Rowland officiating.

The family will receive friends from 10-11 am, Friday, April 12 at Robinson Funeral Home.
