Obituary
James R. Seay (Jim), 80 of Appomattox. Jim died Tuesday August 12, 2014 at Appomattox Health and Rehab Center. He was born March 24, 1934 in Appomattox to the late Annie Martin Seay and Charles Seay.
He is survived by three children, Rhonda Seay, Madison Heights; Michelle Seay, Oakville; James R. Seay Jr,(Randy) Oakville, seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren; sister Katie Doss, Appomattox and numerous close friends, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, three sisters, and a daughter, Sheila Seay.
The family will receive friends at the home of his son Randy, 324 Bear Branch Rd., Oakville following the service.
A graveside service will be conducted by Kent Hancock at Liberty Cemetery on Thursday, August 14, at 2pm.
