Inez Louise Hardison Killip, 81, of South Fork Road, Appomattox, died at Lynchburg General Hospital Friday morning December 18, 2015. She was the widow of James Leslie Killip.

Inez was born May 4, 1934 in Caribou, Maine a daughter of the late Beatrice Tomlinson and Clarence Hardison. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church, Phenix, Va. and a homemaker.

She is survived by two sons, David Killip and wife, Janet and Jim Killip all of Forest; two daughters, Elizabeth (Beth) Killip and Sandra Killip both of Appomattox; a brother, Donald Hardison and wife, Eva of Caribou, Maine; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Marilyn and Alberta and a brother, Harvey.

A graveside funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Monday December 21, 2015 at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery, Phenix, officiated by Dr. Chris King.
