Obituary
Hilma Nance Camden, 82, of Oak Ridge Rd., Appomattox, died Wednesday, October 1, 2008 at her residence. She was the wife of the Rev. David B. Camden.
Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, October 5, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Fletcher E. and Hilma Anderson Nance. Hilma was a member of Mt. Comfort United Methodist Church.
In addition to her husband she is survived by three children, Jocelyn Camden of Radford, David E. Camden of Appomattox, and Deanna Ross and her husband, Shay of Roanoke and three grandchildren, Drew Camden, Jessica Ross, and Anna Camden.
Graveside funeral services will be held 2:00 pm, Friday, October 3, 2008, at Mt. Comfort United Methodist Church Cemetery by the Rev. Robert Thorne.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be sent to the Mt. Comfort UMC Cemetery Fund, 4901 Oakville Rd., Appomattox, VA 24522.
