Heathie Riegel Webber, 85, of Pamplin, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at Lynchburg General Hospital.

Born in Pennsylvania, March 29, 1936, she was a daughter of the late Molly and Ralph Riegel.

She is survived by three children, Steve C. Franklin and wife, Sandra, Shelia Baldwin and husband Pete, and Clarence "Doug" Franklin and wife, Vicky all of Pamplin; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her son, Kenneth Franklin and daughter-in-law, Karen.
