Obituary

Helen Nadine Hatfield Hubler, 72, of Exton, PA., died peacefully at her home on Friday, June 1, 2007. She was the wife of Robert Keith Hubler.
Nadine was born in Talihina, Oklahoma, on February 13, 1935, the second child of the late Hazel Gladys Hembree and the late Tommie Lee Hatfield. She graduated from Goldendale High School, in Goldendale, Washington, in 1953 and married Keith Hubler in 1954. They moved to Boston, Massachusetts, where she helped support Keith to finish college and start his teaching career and where their first three children were born. They moved to Utica, New York, in 1962 where their last two children were born. In 1969, they moved to Exton, Pennsylvania, where they lived for 38 years. Nadine's greatest delight was her family which includes thirteen grandchildren. She kept a welcoming home and loved to read, garden, and make quilts. She and Keith loved to travel, both here and abroad. Her favorite trips were those they took to Italy.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by three daughters and their husbands; Kathryn Susan Hubler and her husband, Kenneth Rosenbaum, Alison Elaine H. Alexander and her husband, Ames, and Jennifer Louise Hubler and her husband, Lawrence Diehl; two sons and their wives, James Noel Hubler and his wife, Meredyth, and Geoffrey Clark Hubler and his wife, Margaret; 13 grandchildren Hannah Lin Hubler, Samuel Lim Hubler, Nathaniel Thomas Hubler, Clarissa Ellen Hubler, Henry Edmund Hubler, Jane Kathryn Hubler, Cole Hubler Alexander, Liam Hatfield Alexander, Sunny Nadine Hubler, Zachary Colin Diehl, Wilhem Halden Diehl, Amos Satchel Diehl, Hetty-May Eun Hubler; three sisters,
Lucille Brack, Tomi Jean Franklin, Elaine Hatfield and two brothers, David Hatfield and Daniel Hatfield. She was preceded in death by a sister, Amaryllis H. Radcliffe
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 5, 2007 at 10:00 AM, in Mt. Comfort United Methodist Church by the Rev. Geoffrey Hubler with burial in Garden of Peace Cemetery at the home of the Rev. Geoffrey and Margaret Hubler.
The family will receive friends this evening from 7:00 to 8:30 at Robinson Funeral Home and other times at the home of Rev. Geoffrey and Margaret Hubler, Redfields Rd.
