Grover William Hall, 72, of Appomattox, died Thursday, November 14, 2024, at The Summitt. He was the husband of the late Peggy Jean Overstreet Hall.

Born in Appomattox, VA on February 23, 1952, he was a son of the late Katie Durie Hall and John Robert Hall. He worked as a truck driver for Thompson Trucking, J.E. Sears, and W.E. Newman.

Grover leaves to cherish his memory his significant other, Virginia Gail Martin; two sons, Brian Hall and Christopher Lee Hall; two grandsons; two great grandchildren; a sister, Dorothy Pugh: a brother, Clyde Hall; nieces and nephews, Jann Venters, Hope Wilkins, Mark Hall, and Michael Hall; and numerous great nieces and nephews.

A graveside funeral service will be held at 10:30 am, on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at Red Oak Baptist Church Cemetery officiated by Pastor Jeff Worley.
