Obituary
Grace Sheffield Williams, 98, of Pamplin, died at her residence, Saturday, August 29 2015. She was the wife of the late James "Jim" Andrew Williams.
Born in Farmville, March 20, 1917, Grace was a daughter of the late Allie Dowdy and Charles Sheffield. She was a member of Pamplin United Methodist Church and homemaker.
She is survived by two daughters, Susan W. Hudson and her husband Jim, and Jewel W. Harrison; one son, Anthony Thomas "Tony" Williams and his wife Jodi all of Pamplin; nine grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by two sons, James Andrew and Joseph Earl Williams; one daughter, Lucy Allie W. Goff; two brothers and two sisters.
A Celebration of her life will be held at 6 pm Friday, September 4, 2015 at the Old Pamplin Fire House.
