Grace Sinclair McKay Labbe, 54, of Police Tower Rd., Appomattox, died Wednesday, September 23, 2009, in Lynchburg General Hospital. She was the wife of Michael Dean Labbe.
She was born in Scotland on May 8, 1955 and attended Thomas Road Baptist Church.
In addition to her husband, Mike, she is survived by three children, Michael Burdett serving in the US Army, Tabitha Waller of Chatham, and Michael D. Labbe, Jr. of Appomattox; four grandchildren, Mathew Lott, Alex Waller, Gavin Burdett, and Katlynn Burdett; and a sister in Scotland.
A memorial service will be held 4:00 pm, Sunday, September 27, 2009, at Robinson Funeral Home by Rev. Bruce Johnson.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to the Salvation Army, 2211 Park Ave., Lynchburg, VA 24501.
